Dave is a co-owner and Chief Operations Officer for S.M.A.R.T.  Dave brings 30 years of emergency medical experience and over 22 years of EMS training to our organization.  Dave is also a current flight nurse with the Provincial critical care Air Ambulance jet service "LIFEFLIGHT". He is also a flight nurse with "STARS"   No other instructor of EMS programs brings the knowledge, experience, and passion for paramedic training to teaching that Dave does. Brad Loewen, ACP

Brad is a co-owner and the Chief Executive Officer for S.M.A.R.T.  Brad brings many years of business operations experience combined with Emergency Medical Instruction to our organization.  Brad has been heavily involved in Paramedic program development and accreditation.  Brad is involved in all aspects of S.M.A.R.T. operations including instructional programs, patient transport services, business development and expansion, and international relationships.



Instructors

Our instructors are second to none and have a genuine passion for seeing our students succeed.  Our firefighter instructors are current and former firefighters from the Winnipeg Fire Department.  Our Director of Fire Training is Captain Bob Poole with over 30 years experience.  All of our other instructors are also the best in the business and we are so very proud to have each and every one.


Students

Each and every student of our EMS and Firefighter programs are a key part of the S.M.A.R.T. team.  Although joining the team starts at registration, there is no end.  Students often go on to Fire and EMS positions throughout the country, but always appreciate the training they have received from S.M.A.R.T. and appreciate the honest investment that our instructors have in students outcomes.  It is our job to know where students want to end up and help them in every way we can to get there.  Our dream is to see you achieve yours.
